Flagging notification in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act
Chapter 9 Section 5: Nordstjernan AB decreased holding in Exel Composites Plc 

Exel Composites Plc (business ID 1067292-7) has today 25 November 2013 received
a disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act,
according to which the holding of Nordstjernan AB (business ID 556000-1421) has
fallen under 25 per cent of the voting rights and share capital in Exel
Composites Plc. 

Through share transactions concluded on 22 November 2013, the holding of
Nordstjernan AB has decreased from 3,496,506 shares (29.4 per cent) to
2,656,506 shares, representing 22.3 per cent of the shares and voting rights of
the Company.
