AB "Lietuvos juru laivininkyste" drafts resolutions of the extraordinary general shareholders meeting

On 26 of October 2009 Company Board had confirmed draft resolutions of the      
extraordinary general shareholders meeting which will be held on the 19 November
2009.

1.The AB “Lietuvos juru laivininkyste” Supervisory Board recall; 

Resolution draft:                                                               
To recall following persons as members of the Supervisory                       
Board:                                                                          

-E.Zacharevicius, Director of Safe navigation Management of the Lithuania; 
-O.Barauskiene, Head of Division of Economy and Budget  Division of the
Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Lithuania;                         
-H.Rogoza, Chief specialist of  State Property and Public Procurement Division
of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Lithuania; 
-K.Gimbutis, representative of the minority shareholders; 

Mrs. Liudmila Zumeriene a member of the Supervisory Board has sent the statement
about her resignation as from 20.07.2009.
