Inion Oy (LSE: IIN) (“Inion” or the “Company”) announces that it was informed   
yesterday that Göran Ando, Inion's Non-Executive Chairman, on Tuesday 20 March, 
bought 75,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.03 Euro each at a price of 35.5 pence per    
share.                                                                          

Following this purchase of shares, Dr Ando is the beneficial owner of 75,000    
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's current issued
share capital.
