FLAGGING ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE FINNISH
SECURITIES MARKETS ACT 



Today, on 31 December 2010, Westend ICT Plc has received the following
notification: 

1. Issuer of shares Westend ICT Plc, business identity code 0686163-7.

2. Shareowner obliged to give notification Tuomo Tilman and his controlling
interest company 

3. Reason for notification Tuomo Tilman's and his controlling interest
company's ownership of the Westend ICT Plc votes and shares has fallen under
one tenth  (10 percent) due to the subscription of the share in the directed
issue in accordance of the resolution of the extraordinary general meeting of
the company on 27 December 2010 and the registration of the new shares in the
Trade Register today. 

4. Share of the ownership in the company on 31 December 2010 Tuomo Tilman and
his controlling interest company; 57,735,570 shares, 9,87 % of shares and
votes. 

Westend ICT Plc has 585,236,987 shares.
