Bankas Snoras AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the appropriation of Bank's profit

The Board of the Bankas SNORAS AB has adopted a resolution 
to suggest the General Meeting to pay out:
LTL 1.0 (EUR 0.2896) dividends per each preference registered share.
LTL 0.12 (ĖUR 0.03475) dividends per each ordinary registered share.
