Eddy Kremers appointed Managing Director of Componenta B.V.

Eddy Kremers, 47, has been appointed Managing Director (statutair directeur) of
Componenta B.V. and a member of the Corporate Executive Team being responsible
for the management of the Netherlands business area as of 8 June 2016. He
reports to CEO and President Harri Suutari. Previously, Kremers has hold the
position Sales Director of the Netherlands business area. He has started at the
company in 1996 and worked in several positions in sales and engineering. 

“Eddy Kremers will have a key role in improving Componenta B.V.’s profitability
as a part of Componenta’s strategy,” says CEO and President Harri Suutari. 

Mika Hassinen, Managing Director of Componenta B.V. and responsible for the
management of the Netherlands business area has decided to leave Componenta
B.V. to pursue other opportunities outside Componenta Group. He has served as
Managing Director of Componenta’s Dutch subsidiary, Componenta B.V. since 2012
and prior to that as from 2008 as CFO and Deputy to CEO of Componenta.
