Change in the Group Executive Team of Enersense International Plc

Johanna Nurkkala, Senior Vice President, Legal, and a member of the Group
Executive Team at Enersense International Plc has resigned from her position in
order to pursue new challenges outside Enersense. Nurkkala will continue in her
position until April 2022.

“I warmly thank Johanna for her contribution to the company. We wish her all the
best in her future endeavours”, says the CEO of Enersense Jussi Holopainen.

The company will start recruiting a new Senior Vice President, Legal without a
delay.
