A subsidiary of City Service AB won a open tender by Latvenergo AS

City Service AB subsidiary Riga City Service SIA, based in Riga (Latvia), has
won an open tender and signed an facility management agreement with Sadales
tikls AS, which is a subsidiary of  state-owned energy utility Latvenergo AS. 

Riga City Service AS will administrate 71 thousand sq. meters of facilities and
451 thousand sq. meters of territory in four Latvia's regions. The agreement
will expire in three years and make a total turnover of LVL 1.36 million (EUR
1.95 million). 

Žilvinas Lapinskas, general director of City Service AB, said: “By winning one
of last year's largest facility management related open tenders in Latvia we
have strengthened positions significantly in this country”. 

City Service Group now consists of 22 facilities management companies operating
in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. 

The total consolidated City Service Group's revenue for 2007 was LTL 207.7
million (EUR 60.2 million), an increase by 83 % over the total revenue of LTL
113.6 million (EUR 33 million) for the year 2006. Profit for 2007 amounted to
LTL 12.2 million (EUR 3.5 million), an increase by 62% over LTL 7.5 million
(EUR 2.2 million) in 2006.
