Lifosa AB - Notification on material event

Concerning information on investments

Hereby AB „Lifosa“ confirms  that the material event "Planned investments 2008"
 announced through CNS on 31-03-2008 is right and correct. 
The information ( „MCC „EuroChem“ invests 15 m USD into  AB „Lifosa“)   placed 
on AB „Lifosa“ website on 21-03-2008 that MCC „EuroChem“ undertakes to allocate
 no less than 14,9 m USD for the programmes seeking to update  AB „Lifosa“ 
technological processes actually  should not be understood  directly literally
as it reflects only the main shareholder's objectives  to approve  the planned
 investments 2008  of the affiliate company AB „Lifosa“.
