Comptel Corporation ('Comptel') has received the following information from
Nokia Corporation's wholly-owned indirect subsidiary Nokia Solutions and
Networks Oy ('Nokia').

As announced by Comptel on 7 April 20174, Nokia decided to exercise its
redemption right pursuant to the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act and to
redeem all shares held by any other remaining shareholders in Comptel. To
effectuate the redemption of the shares, Nokia announced that it will initiate
arbitration proceedings as provided in the Finnish Limited Liability Companies
Act. Based on an application filed by Nokia for the redemption of minority
shares, the Redemption Committee of the Finland Chamber of Commerce has
petitioned the Helsinki District Court for the appointment of a special
representative to look after the rights of Comptel's minority shareholders in
the arbitration proceedings pertaining to the squeeze-out procedure.

In its decision the Helsinki District Court has appointed Master of Economics
Joakim Rehn to act as the special representative pursuant to Chapter 18 Section
5 of the Finnish Companies Act.
