Arbitrators appointed for the redemption proceedings concerning Norvestia's minority shares

Arbitrators appointed for the redemption proceedings concerning Norvestia's
minority shares

The Redemption Committee of the Finland Chamber of Commerce has appointed an
Arbitral Tribunal consisting of three arbitrators for the redemption proceedings
concerning the right of squeeze-out and squeeze-out price relating to Norvestia
Oyj ("Norvestia") shares not held by CapMan Plc ("CapMan"). The Arbitral
Tribunal comprises of professor (emeritus) Risto Nuolimaa, attorney Petra
Kiurunen and attorney Kirsi Eksymä.

CapMan announced on 13 January 2017 that it will commence redemption proceedings
in respect of Norvestia's minority shares by initiating arbitration proceedings
in accordance with Chapter 18, Section 3 of the Finnish Companies Act in order
to have ownership of all the shares in Norvestia.
