Notification of a group on the acquisition of voting rights

received the following notification: 

-the notification (attached) of shareholders of the Company  Darius Sulnis,
Indre Miseikyte, Alvydas Banys, Irena Ona Miseikiene, Greta Miseikyte-Myers,
Ilona Sulniene, Tatjana Sulniene as well as LJB  Investments, UAB controlled by
Alvydas Banys and Lucrum Investicija, UAB, controlled by Darius Sulnis on the
acquisition of voting rights. The threshold of 90% was crossed. 

The reason for crossing of the above mentioned thresholds: decrease of the
authorised capital due to the split-off terms, agreement cancellation on the
transfer of the voting right; agreement  about the long-term policy of the
Company
