NOTIFICATION ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS REFERRED TO IN CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 OF
THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT 

Panostaja Oyj has today received an announcement from Mauno Koskenkorva
according to which his ownership of the shares and voting rights in Panostaja
decreased under the level of 1/20 after the 330,000 shares subscribed based on
the option rights of Panostaja were registered into the Trade Register.
Panostaja has today announced registration of 330,000 new shares into the Trade
Register which were subscribed based on the option rights. Since the
registration of the shares subscribed based on the option rights, the new
number of Panostaja shares and voting rights is 47,733,110.

Ownership prior to the change: 2,375,173 shares and votes, i.e. 5.01 %

Point of time when the ownership changed: 23 December 2010

Ownership after the change: 2,375,173 shares and votes
