TEO LT, AB - Notification on material event

TEO acquired UAB Verslo Investicijos

On 23 December 2008 TEO LT, AB (hereinafter TEO or “the Company”) acquired 100
percent stake in a newly established and dormant company UAB Verslo
Investicijos from UAB Management and Accounting Services. The authorised share
capital of UAB Verslo Investicijos amounts to LTL 10 thousand. 

Mr. Paulius Pakutinskas, Senior Legal Adviser of Corporate Administration and
Legal Affairs Unit of TEO LT, AB, will be appointed as Director of UAB Verslo
Investicijos.
