Agrowill Group - Notification on material event

Regarding the decision of the Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania

AB Agrowill Group has received Decision of 24 October 2016 of the Supervision
Service of the Bank of Lithuania under which the company was given a warning
for breaching Article 22 of the Law on Securities due to the fact that
Company’s financial statements for year 2015 were disclosed with delay on July
19, 2016.
