NEOMARKKA´S SUBSIDIARY REKA CABLES LTD´S CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS FINISHED     

Neomarkka Plc´s subsidiary Reka Cables Ltd´s co-operation negotiations          
concerning factories in Hyvinkää and in Riihimäki are finished. The negotiations
started on November 5th, 2007.                                                  

The outcome of the negotiations is lay-offs. Dismissals were avoided. The       
lay-offs concern at first stage about 70 and at maximum about 100 employees. The
maximum lay-off time per employee is six weeks. The lay-offs will be hold mainly
during the winter time.
