MARTELA'S CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS IN NUMMELA CONCLUDED

Martela initiated a statutory co-operation negotiations on 13 January 2015
concerning blue collar employees in Martela's logistics center in Nummela and
all employees in Kidex Oy in Kitee. Martela has concluded co-operation
negotiations in Nummela logistic center. Negotiations in Kidex Oy still
continues. 

As a result of the negotiations in Nummela it has been decided to dismiss four
blue-collar employees. In addition it has been decided in Nummela about
temporary lay-offs which are maximum 90 days.
