NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS AS REFERRED TO IN CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10, OF
THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT                                                      

Consequently to the increase in share capital registered February 22, 2006, the 
portions of holdings in Panostaja Oyj have changed.                             

Panostaja Oyj has received the following announcements regarding the changes:   

1. The holdings of Matti Koskenkorva of the share capital in Panostaja Oyj have 
decreased below fifteen percent and the holdings of share capital and voting    
rights of Matti Koskenkorva are currently as follows:

decreased below fifteen percent and the holdings of share capital and voting    
rights of Maija Koskenkorva are currently as follows:
