NEW DATE FOR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF EVOX RIFA GROUP

Evox Rifa Group Oyj Stock Exchange Release on March 22, 2007

The Annual General Meeting of Evox Rifa Group Oyj will be held on
Monday, April 23, 2007 beginning at 4 p.m. The Board of Directors
will propose to the General Meeting changes to the Company's Articles
of Association due to the new Finnish Companies' Act. The invitation
to the Annual General Meeting will be published separately.
