Larox's Subsidiary in China receives its Business License                       

Larox's subsidiary in China received its Business License from Suzhou Industrial
Park Industrial and Commercial Bureau on December 8, 2008. The                  
business license will now permit Larox to progress with the start-up of the     
operations.                                                                     

Larox Filtration Technology (Suzhou) Co. Ltd is located in the Suzhou Industrial
Park (SIP) near Shanghai. The construction of the production and office premises
has progressed well and the subsidiary should be fully operational by May 2009. 
The subsidiary will be responsible for filter sales, local assembly of filters  
and after market services in China. Furthermore, the subsidiary will purchase   
components from local suppliers.                                                "We already have a strong position in China and other Asian countries, but until
today, Larox has been operating there through agents. Establishing our own      
subsidiary in China is part of Larox's growth strategy. Our goal is to increase 
our market share of the growing Chinese and Asian filter equipment and service  
market, improve our local customer service and also our global competitiveness",
