The Housing Financing Fund - Results of HFF Bond Auction

The Housing Financing Fund (HFF) announces the results of an HFF bond auction
on January 16th 2012. Valid bids submitted amounted to ISK 12.555 billion at
nominal value which match ISK 20.557 billion at market value. 

The following bids were accepted:

HFF150644, nominal amount of ISK 3.310 billion which match ISK 5.790 billion at
market value, weighted yield without commission is 2.57% 

The total weighted yield of the accepted bids, without commission was 2.57% and
with commission 2.58%. Settlement date will be January 23th 2012.
