November 8, 2010 deems the information, provided in the conditions of spin-off
of LITGRID Turtas AB from the public company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA, other related
documents and the list of risk factors related to LITGRID Turtas AB, to be
equivalent to the information publishable in the prospectus.The resolution of
the Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania and the spin-off
conditions of the public company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA are attached herein.
