Notification of a change in shareholding according to Securities
Markets Act 2:10


Tekla Corporation has received the following notification on December
13, 2007: Fidelity International Ltd's and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries' holdings in Tekla Corporation have crossed below the 5%
threshold by means of sales of shares on December 12, 2007. The
holdings of Fidelity International Limited and its subsidiaries are
divided as follows:
