FINAL RESULT OF THE TENDER OFFER RELATED TO THE SHARES IN NURMINEN LOGISTICS PLC

FINAL RESULT OF THE TENDER OFFER RELATED TO THE SHARES IN NURMINEN LOGISTICS PLC

Maturiala Oy, Jari Bachmann, Sanni Bachmann and Kirta Forsström and John        
Nurminen Oy made a public tender offer (“Tender Offer”) for Nurminen Logistics  
Plc (“Company”) shares, which was published through a release on 10 December    
2007. Today, the Company has received a separate notification with the following
content concerning the final result of the Tender Offer.                        

According to the received notification, in the Tender Offer, John Nurminen Oy   
will acquire a total of 542,303 shares in the Company, representing             
approximately 4.26 percent of the issued shares in the Company. After the       
consummation of the Tender Offer, the Company had approximately 250             
shareholders. After the Tender Offer, approximately 21.8 percent of the         
Company's shares are in public hands in the manner referred to in sections      
2.1.3.7.1-2.1.3.7.3 of the rules of the stock exchange, and approximately 78.2  
percent of the Company's shares (the share holdings of the main shareholders and
persons in the administration of the company) are not in public hands.

Maturiala Oy, Jari Bachmann, Sanni Bachmann and Kirta Forsström and John        
Nurminen Oy made a public tender offer for Nurminen Logistics Plc (formerly     
Kasola Oyj, hereinafter the “Company”) A shares, the tender offer period of     
which ended on 4 January 2008.                                                  

In accordance with the final result of the Tender Offer, a total of 542,303     
shares in the Company were offered, representing approximately 4.26 percent of  
the issued shares in the Company and of the votes generated by the shares. The  
number of shares in the Company owned by John Nurminen Oy after the completion  
of Tender Offer is 657,903 shares, representing approximately 5.17 percent of   
the issued shares in the Company and of the votes generated by the shares.      

The Tender Offer will be completed and the offer consideration will be paid in  
accordance with what was published on 7 January 2008.
