RAISIO'S FINANCIAL INFORMATION IN 2014

Raisio plc will publish its Financial Statements for 2013 on Thursday 13
February 2014. 

Financial Statements and Report of the Board of Directors for 2013 will be
published during the week starting on 3 March 2014. The Annual Report 2013 will
be published online during the week starting on 10 March 2014 at Group website
www.raisio.com. 

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 27 March 2014.

In 2014 the company will publish three Interim Reports as follows:

Interim Report for January-March on Thursday 8 May 2014,
Interim Report for January-June on Tuesday 12 August 2014,
Interim Report for January-September on Tuesday 4 November 2014.
