ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT HAS FILED A LISTING APPLICATION

Orava Residential REIT has filed a listing application of 47,800 shares to
Helsinki Stock Exchange. The shares will be subject to trading on 20 January
2015 and they are part of the 500,000 shares that have been registered into the
Trade Register on 5 January 2015. The trading code of the shares on the
Helsinki Stock Exchange main list is OREIT and the ISIN-code is FI4000068614.
After the listing the total number of listed shares of the company is 5,253,923
shares.
