LITGRID - Notification on material event

Due to loan agreement

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-09-29 10:20 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Following the end
of 15-day postponement mandatory in public procurement procedures, on 29
September 2015, Litgrid AB and AB SEB bankas signed EUR 75 million loan
agreement. 

The loan is aimed to partly finance the electricity link with Sweden project
NordBalt and to balance company's cash flows. 

3-year maturity loan will have a base interest rate of 1 month EURIBOR.
