Basware signs agreement for Accounts Payable automation services powered by Alusta with Tele2 Norge AS in Norway

Basware signs agreement for Accounts Payable automation services powered by
Alusta with Tele2 Norge AS in Norway

Basware will deliver AP Automation services to Tele2 Norge AS, a Norwegian
provider of telecommunication services. The acquired services are powered by
Alusta, Basware's unified cloud-based platform for Purchase-to-Pay. The specific
Basware services to be delivered include Invoice Automation, Scan & Capture,
Supplier Activation and Supplier Portal. The value of the agreement is
approximately EUR 300,000 over the next three years. The services will be
implemented during the second half of the year."With these services, Tele2 can improve the quality of their accounts payable
process and achieve clear cost savings. They will also gain vastly improved
vendor relationships through online collaboration and accelerated processing of
invoices by receiving all of their 50,000 annual invoices electronically. The
centralized access to all our services via the Basware Commerce Network, where
all types of organizations can easily collaborate and trade, creates one access
point for all the customer's purchase invoices and messages to be exchanged

Tele2 Norge AS is owned by Tele2 AB, a major European telecommunications
operator. Tele2 Norge AS is one of the largest players in the Norwegian mobile
market, with over 1.2 million customers. Tele2's Norwegian business currently
