Kai Järvikare appointed CFO of Tiimari Group

KAI JÄRVIKARE APPOINTED CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) OF TIIMARI GROUP          

Kai Järvikare, Ph.D. Economics has been appointed CFO and     
Management Board member of Tiimari Plc. Järvikare transfers from Tuokko         
Tilintarkastus Ltd. Prior to this he served as CFO of publicly listed company   
Talentum for many years. Järvikare has also served in various finance management
positions at Fennia as well as Sonera Plaza. He commences his duties at Tiimari 
26th July 2010.                                                                 

Kai Järvikare reports directly to the Managing Director of Tiimari Group, Hannu 
Krook.                                                                          

The current CFO Maija Elenius has decided to become an entrepreneur. Elenius is 
still responsible for Tiimari's second quarter interim report and ends her      
service at the company in the middle of August.
