The resolutions of Bank Board and Bank Supervisory Council

The Bank Board on 12 February 2013 meeting resolved to participate in
negotiations on the possible assets, rights, contracts and liabilities or part
of them takeover from Ūkio bankas AB (according to the article 76¹of the Law on
Banks of the Repulic of Lithuania). 

The Bank Supervisory Council on 12 February 2013 meeting resolved to support
negotiations with the Bank of Lithuania on the possible Ūkio bankas AB assets,
rights, contracts and liabilities or part of them takeover (according to the
article 76¹of the Law on Banks.).
