Anyksciu Vynas AB - Notification on material event

Results of the first half-year, 2008

In the first half-year of 2008 the JSC „Anyksciu Vynas“ sustained pretax losses 
of 1017 thousand of LTL (294.5 thousand of EURO)). The sale decreased 15,1% or  
3294 thousand of LTL (954 thousand of EURO) because of  the decreased sale of   
the concentraded apple juice in 2920thousand of LTL (846 thousand of EURO)and   
because of  the decreased sale of carbonized wine drinks and vodka, in comparing
with the first half-year of last year. Last year the Company earned the  pretax 
incomes of 399 thousand of LTL (115.6 thousand of EURO) in the same period.
