CHANGE TO THE TERVEYSTALO HEALTHCARE OYJ OPTION RIGHTS ASSIGNMENT

Terveystalo Healthcare Oyj´s Board of Directors has resolved, in relation to
the Public Tender Offer made by Star Healthcare Ltd on 19 January, 2009 that
the option right holders of the Company are entitled to assign their option
rights to Star Healthcare Ltd in accordance with the public tender offer made.
