ELISA'S AGM AND EARNINGS RELEASES IN 2012

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 26 OCTOBER 2011 AT 11.00 am

Elisa will disclose its financial statements for 2011 on 3 February 2012.

In 2012, Elisa will publish its interim reports as follows:

-  Q1 on 27 April 2012
-  Q2 on 13 July 2012
-  Q3 on 19 October 2012

Elisa's Annual General Meeting will be held on 4 April 2012.
