This is a notice under the Securities Market Act of Finland Chapter
2. Section 10:

Ahlström Capital Limited has informed us that the holding of shares
by Ahlström Capital Limited has exceeded 20 % of the share capital
and the voting rights of Vacon Plc. Ahlström Capital Limited now owns
3,059,685 shares, which represents 20,00 % of the share capital and
the voting rights of Vacon Plc.

Vacon has only one class of shares and the total number of shares is
15,295,000. Each share is entitled to one vote.
