THE CRIMINAL CHARGES PRESSED AGAINST STIG GUSTAVSON DISMISSED

Konecranes Plc has become aware that Helsinki District Court has dismissed the
criminal charges pressed against its vice chairman of the board Stig Gustavson
for aggravated subsidy fraud, as well as all other claims against Gustavson
made in connection with the hearing of the charges in the so called business
park matter concerning the company Industry Park East Management Oy. Konecranes
has not been a party in the matter.
