The Competition Authority will not intervene in the merger of FL Group and Tryggingamidstodin.

The Competition Authority has issued its decision no. 28/2008 regarding the
merger of FL Group and Tryggingamiðstöðin and has decided that the Competition
Authority will not intervene.
