RAMIRENT CANCELS 1,108 SHARES                                                   
                                                                                
Ramirent's Board of Directors has decided to cancel 1,108 of the company's      
shares that have been returned to the company according to the terms and        
conditions of the 2006 incentive scheme.                                        
                                                                                
The 1,108 shares to be cancelled represent 0.001% of the total number of shares 
and voting rights in the company. The cancellation of the shares will be        
recorded in the Trade Register on or about 19 May 2008. Following registration, 
the aggregate number of shares in Ramirent amounts to 108,697,328 and the share 
capital remains the same at EUR 11,685,081.87.
