CHANGES IN IXONOS' MANAGEMENT TEAM

Member of Ixonos Group's Management Team Senior Vice President, Global Services& Solutions, Timo Kaisla has, as of 13 June 2011, begun a sabbatical leave
lasting 6-12 months due to family reasons.
