Grigiskes AB - Interim information

The interim consolidated report of GRIGISKES AB covering the six months of 2012 and endorsement of the responsible persons 


Vilnius, Lithuania, 2012-08-30 09:25 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Over the six
months of 2012 the Group which consists of producing companies GRIGISKES AB,
Baltwood UAB, Klaipedos kartonas AB and Mena Pak OAO reached a turnover of LTL
144.6 Mio (EUR 41.9 Mio), which is by LTL 10.3 Mio (EUR 3.0 Mio) or 6.6 % less
than it was reached over the same period of 2011. 

The Group's profit before taxes reached LTL 4.3 Mio (EUR 1.2 Mio) and is by LTL
0.2 Mio (EUR 0.06 Mio) less that it was over the same period of 2011. 

Over the six months of 2012 the GRIGISKES AB reached a turnover of LTL 51.8 Mio
(EUR 15.0 Mio), which is by LTL 29.4 Mio (EUR 8.5 Mio) or 36.2 % less than it
was reached over the same period of 2011. On the 2nd of December 2012 disclosed
transference of a part of activities to a subsidiary is the main reason of
mentioned turnover decrease. 

The Company's profit before taxes reached LTL 4.4 Mio (EUR 1.3 Mio) and is by
LTL 1.3 Mio (EUR 0.4 Mio) higher that it was over the same period of 2011.

covering the six months of 2012 with endorsement of the responsible persons
(see attachments). 

On the 9th of January 2012 proclaimed forecast of financial indicators for the
year 2012 of GRIGISKES AB and the Group shall not be amended and shall remain
valid.
