ALDATA APPOINTS NEW HUMAN RESOURCES LEADER

Aldata Solution Oyj is pleased to announce the appointment of Marie
Claude Chazot to the position of Senior Vice President Human
Resources for the company effective 16th November 2009.

Marie Claude will report to Bertrand Sciard, President and CEO of
Aldata, and will have responsibility for the global structure,
management and development of human resources in the Aldata Group.
She has previously held senior international HR roles in global
organizations including Xpedite Systems, Peregrine Systems (an HP
company), and Musiwave (a Microsoft company). Marie Claude has a
strong software industry background and extensive experience in the
HR needs of mergers and acquisitions.

Bertrand Sciard commented "Marie Claude will provide a key role in
helping Aldata to build its global business by attracting, retaining
and developing the best people in our industry."

Marie Claude becomes a member of Aldata's Corporate Management Team.
