Stockmann’s financial reports in 2017

STOCKMANN plc, Financial Calendar 5.12.2016 at 12:00 EET

Stockmann will publish its financial statements bulletin for 2016 on 15 February
2017. The company’s financial statements and an electronic version of the Annual
Report will be published in the week starting on 27 February 2017.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 23 March 2017.

The Interim Reports will be released in 2017 as follows:
- Interim Report, January - March: 28 April 2017
- Half year financial report, January - June: 16 August 2017
- Interim Report, January - September: 27 October 2017

The financial reports will be published at approximately 8:00 am EET on the days
mentioned above. The releases are available in English, Finnish and Swedish.
Stockmann observes a 30-day silent period before the publication of financial
reports.
