Relais Group Plc: Juri Viitaniemi appointed Director Compliance, Legal and HR and member of the Group Management Team

Juri Viitaniemi, LL.M., has been appointed Director Compliance, Legal and HR,
and member of the Group Management Team of Relais Group Plc. Viitaniemi has
previously acted as an attorney at Roschier and Eversheds Sutherland. He has
also experience of acting as a lawyer in various Finnish public companies.

Juri Viitaniemi will start in his new position during May 2024.
