Comptel Corporation has published the Annual Report for 2011 on the company's
internet site. The web report is available in English at
www.comptel.com/annualreport2011 and in Finnish at
www.comptel.com/vuosikertomus2011. 

Comptel's Annual Report includes the Board of Directors' Report and the
Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement and the annual summary
of stock exchange releases for 2011. 

Comptel Corporation will not print the Annual Report for general delivery.
However, the report or parts of it are printable in pdf format at the web
report site.
