Elematic Oyj informed of adoption of bond term amendments

Elematic Oyj ("Elematic") has previously in a stock exchange release dated 21
November 2016 announced that Elematic and certain significant bondholders have
on the date thereof signed a term sheet on the amendment of the terms and
conditions of the EUR 35,000,000 bonds issued by Elematic (the "Bonds") and that
Elematic will prepare a proposal for final amended terms and conditions and
request the bondholders' agent to instigate a written procedure on the
bondholders' approval in respect of the same. Elematic has further in a stock
exchange release dated 9 December 2016 announced that such written procedure has
been instigated.
Elematic has yesterday been informed by the bondholders' agent that bondholders
representing approximately 70.57 per cent. of the total adjusted nominal amount
of the Bonds have in a written procedure approved the proposed amended terms and
conditions of the Bonds (the "Amended Terms and Conditions"), which amended
terms and conditions have been adopted and entered into force. The Amended Terms
and Conditions are available on Elematic's website.
