Utenos Trikotazas AB - Notification on material event

AB “Utenos trikotažas” signed the agreements to issue convertible bonds

On 11th of January 2010 AB “Utenos trikotažas” signed the agreements to issue
convertible bonds with AB „Swedbank“ and UAB koncernas „SBA“. The settlement
date for the convertible bonds is till the 12th of January 2010. Total nominal
value of AB “Swedbank" 5 year 50 convertible bonds is 3 432 000 euro, total
discounted sale price of the convertible bond issue is 1 628 716 euro. Total
nominal value of UAB koncernas “SBA" 5 year 16 convertible bonds is 917 520
euro, total discounted sale price of the bond issue is 434 430,08 euro. 

Convertible bonds issue was approved by the decisions of the extraordinary
general meeting of the shareholders which took place on the 3rd of December
2009.
