Paul Taylor appointed as Senior Vice President, Global Sales of Basware

Mr. Paul Taylor has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Global Sales and as
a member of the Executive Team at Basware, the leading provider of networked
purchase-to-pay solutions, e-invoicing and innovative financing services. Taylor
will join Basware on June 1, 2016 and will report to Esa Tihilä, CEO, Basware
Corporation.

Prior to Basware, Taylor was Senior Vice President, International Sales at Aspen
Technology. He has over 25 years of extensive leadership experience in
enterprise software sales, with specific domain expertise in telecommunications,
e-commerce and process industries. Taylor's vast experience includes cross-
functional and international business environments where he has held several
executive roles in major, global organisations.
