LISTING OF THE CENCORP SHARES SUBCRIBED IN THE DIRECTED SHARE ISSUE



Cencorp Corporation aims to apply for listing of the 8,159,821 new shares
subscribed in the directed share issue, released on 11 April 2014, at the
official list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd together with the shares already
issued and listed latest approximately on 19 June 2014. For the listing of the
new shares, the company will separately publish a supplement to the
Registration Document dated 9 December 2013 as well as a Summary and a
Securities Note prior to the listing of the new shares.
