Notification according to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act of
change in holdings in YIT Corporation shares 



YIT Corporation has on March 12, 2015 received an announcement under Chapter 9,
Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of the
mutual funds managed by BlackRock, Inc. in YIT has exceeded the threshold of 5
per cent. 

According to the announcement, the holding of the mutual funds managed by
BlackRock, Inc. in YIT has increased to 6,361,179 shares, corresponding to 5.00
per cent of YIT's shares and voting rights. YIT's registered total number of
shares and voting rights amounting to 127,223,422 has been used in the
calculation of percentages for the announcement.
