Legal filing regarding the annual general meeting

Føroya Banki has received a legal filing against the Bank regarding a dispute
on the procedures in the election of the Board of Directors at the annual
general meeting in March 2009. 
The Bank will now consider the legal filing before deciding on the next steps.
