Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the contract concluded between Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB and Druskininkų Šilumos Tinklai AB on the use of the natural gas distribution pipeline

Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB (hereinafter – ESO and the Company),
identification code 304151376, registered office placed at Aguonu str. 24,
Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total number of registered ordinary shares
issued by the company is 894 630 333; ISIN code LT0000130023. 

Please be advised that on 26 October 2016 ESO and Druskininkų Šilumos Tinklai
AB concluded a contract on the use of the natural gas distribution pipeline,
according to which as of 1 November 2016 the Company takes over the natural gas
distribution pipeline located in the Druskininkai municipality. 

As of the date specified above after Druskininkų Dujos UAB terminates the gas
supply operations ESO will ensure a reliable and secure supply of natural gas
in the Druskininkai municipality. 

The takeover of the natural gas distribution pipeline required for the natural
gas supply operations is temporary and not compensated until the parties agreed
otherwise. 

After the signature of the contract on the use of the pipeline ESO will submit
an application to the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy to
expand the territory for the licensed energy operations and ensure the
provision of natural gas distribution service in the Druskininkai municipality.
